Event Admission and Registration

  • This event is by invitation only. Only registered participants and their confirmed guests will be allowed entry.
  • Each participant must present their unique QR code upon arrival. The QR code is linked to registration and grants access to food, drinks, and all event activities.
  • QR codes and wristbands are non-transferable. Lost or damaged wristbands or QR codes will not be reissued.
    Any additional guests not listed in the registration form will not receive a wristband and will not be granted entry.

Activity Participation and Safety

  • Participants are responsible for their own health and physical condition during the event. If you have any medical concerns, please consult a doctor prior to attending.
  • Participants must follow all safety instructions and event guidelines at all times. Padel Prix reserves the right to deny access to anyone violating these rules.
    Participation in activities such as Theragun massage, cold plunge, and the Michelin Wheel of Fortune is voluntary. By participating, you accept full responsibility for any associated risks.

Use of QR Codes

  • QR codes are used to check in, and to redeem drinks, meals, and participate in event activities.
  • Keep your QR code secure. Do not share it with unauthorized individuals.
    Only official event staff or vendors are permitted to scan QR codes.

Prizes and Giveaways

  • Prizes — including Michelin tires and other sponsored products — are awarded based on tournament results or designated activity wins.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Padel Prix reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

Media Consent

  • By attending, participants consent to being photographed and/or filmed.
  • Padel Prix reserves the right to use all event photos and videos for marketing, documentation, and social media purposes.

Privacy and Data Usage Consent

  • Some activities may require participants to share their contact information with event vendors for post-event communications. This will only occur with your explicit consent.

Liability

  • Padel Prix, its organizers, and sponsors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur during the event. Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
  • Please safeguard your belongings. The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Amendments to Terms

  • Padel Prix reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the official event communication channels.

PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Information Collection

    We collect your personal data during the registration process, including full names, phone numbers, email addresses, and guest details. This data is used to:

      • Confirm your registration and QR-based access
      • Manage wristband distribution
      • Communicate essential event details
    • Enable vendor follow-ups, only with your prior consent

    Use of Personal Data

    Your personal data will only be used for:

      • Event entry and on-site benefits
      • Distribution of updates and key announcements
      • Vendor interaction (only with your explicit opt-in)

    QR Code and Wristband Tracking

    QR code and wristband scans will be used strictly to track check-in, food & beverage redemptions, and participation in designated activations. No unnecessary data will be collected.

    Vendor Communication

    Some event booths (e.g. Michelin activations) may offer follow-ups or rewards that involve collecting your contact info. You will always be given the choice to opt in or out.

    Media and Marketing Usage

    By attending, you agree to the use of event photography or video footage in Padel Prix marketing materials, event recaps, and social media posts.

    Data Retention and Security

    Your data will be stored securely and only retained as long as needed for event-related communication or recap distribution. It will not be sold or shared with third parties.
